We are a growing Health & Wellness Resource Center located in Harbin Hot Springs, a wonderful Retreat Center in Northern California, 2hrs north of San Francisco. We have created this site to share information with you about products, workshops and resources that will greatly improve your sense of Awareness and Well Being. Within these pages you'll find information on products, tools & devices which will greatly assist you in improving your own sense of Wellness.

All the products that you see in our site have been tested and proved to be excellent in improving our health. Although we do not give medical advice, we’ll gladly coach you with your Health goals and support you during this process. Along with the products, we offer Health & Spiritual coaching.

My Name is Alex Medin and I'm the founder of Health & Light. My background is as a psychologist, bodyworker and spiritual seeker. I've been deeply involved in nutrition, cleanses, nutritional supplements and healing devices which have improved immensely my personal sense of wellbeing and I'm now glad to be able to share this information with you.
